The Studio

Our architecture studio is located in Iliffe Yard, Elephant and Castle. The building is part of the historic Pullens Yards, a vibrant and creative community with a rich heritage dating back to the 19th century. The area is home to a variety of artists, designers and craftspeople, offering an inspiring backdrop for our team of designers.

Rory Aitkenhead

Rory Aitkenhead is a registered Architect who has worked on a wide selection of projects at varying scales and complexities. Working at feasibility, planning, tender, delivery, building regulations approval, gaining licenses and handover stages. Successfully leading teams of varying qualification from Architects with multiple years of experience through to graduates, while also working with an array of clients, contractors, project/development managers, legal representatives, engineers, consultants, statutory authorities, contractors, and clients. Since 2019 Rory has led his practice ra. with varying typologies of projects; including public buildings and listed building retrofits.

Architect

Kristian Molloy

Kristian Molloy is a highly skilled registered Architect with decades of experience in the UK construction industry, specialising in the design and delivery of complex architectural projects. His expertise spans commercial, residential, infrastructure, and heritage buildings, with a strong focus on sustainable design, compliance, and modern construction methodologies.

With a deep understanding of UK Building Regulations, RIBA work stages, and BIM (Building Information Modelling), Kristian has successfully led multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-profile projects that balance aesthetics, functionality, and efficiency.

Kristian has worked closely with developers, local authorities, and major contractors, providing strategic architectural and technical guidance from concept design through to completion. He is also committed to mentoring the next generation of architects.
