Redesigning the interior which was previously a restaurant into an attractive office environment. ra. acted as project manger for the construction phase with completion achieved by HOP in July 2023 under a JCT Design & Build Contract. The internal layout was changed considerably with a new mezzanine floor and office amenity spaces created for the incoming tenant.
